Very frustrating to deal with -- much worse than other non-charitable insulation companies. Had nearly a month waiting time for appointments, only to be called two days before and have the appointment cancelled. VERY frustrating, we took off work for our appointment! Go with another, more professional insulation company that actually WANTS your business.
