::IN RESPONSE TO OWNER'S COMMENT: Firstly, thank you for replying. I have never posted a Google review let alone write such a lengthy reply, but I feel like I must do so to make sure you are aware of what actually happened & to help other consumers. There are a few things I would like to clear up with you, and I suggest cross checking the following facts with your staff members before responding in such a manner. Second, please educate your staff to NOT over promise and under deliver. I have photographic proof of the condition of my car after I picked it up - including cobwebs around the windows and bird droppings on the roof. Furthermore, it doesn't seem like your staff member conveyed to you that he told me 'don't park your car under a tree next time' when I asked him why there were still bird droppings that hasn't been cleaned off the roof. It may also pay to ask your staff member to tell the truth - I asked him BEFORE grooming if the stains will be cleaned off and he SAID YES. No rational customer would expect something not promised by your staff, for example, getting back a CLEAN car and to pick up in an hour - if the job is going to take more than an hour, let us know and we are totally ok with that; instead we had to come back twice after the one hour advised pick up time to check when the cars will be ready. As a business owner, over promising and under delivering is the best way to loose customers. Third, if you read my review carefully and get the truth from your staff member instead of trying to base your reply on incorrect information, we had to ask two staff members why the water coming out of your machine was STILL BROWN ON THE LAST WASH OF THE SEATS. We were then assured it was just 'soap'. It was only when we got home and used a paper towel that we realised the paper towels were still insanely brown. The strong smell was quite minor compared to how much coffee was left for us to soak up ourselves despite being promised at least 90% will be cleaned off - my mum asked numerous times if the seats will be reasonably clean as she was concerned about potential milk residues going off in the summer heat (the former was also mentioned in my initial review). Also, your staff member informed us the seat was shampooed 3 times in total, NOT 5 as your comment suggested - we were promised a reasonably clean seat after shampooing. Under the CGA, services provided must be fit for purpose and performed to a reasonable standard. LASTLY, please take constructive criticism as something to help improve your services, especially when the services we paid for were not as promised or fit for purpose (NOTE: we did not once complain about the price, but complained about the SERVICE PROMISED AND SERVICE WHICH WAS DELIVERED/PERFORMED). Really should have read the reviews on here before we took our cars in. Regrets are VERY real. Disappointment or terrible doesn't even do my experience justice. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. My mum and I dropped off two cars. Was assured by the staff member that my car would be clean and mum's car seat would have at least 90% of the coffee spilt removed. Dropped off the cars around 2.45pm and was told to pick up in an hour. CARS WERE NOT READY UNTIL ALMOST CLOSING TIME AT 5pm! MY CAR HAS NUMEROUS STAINS AND HAND MARKS the staff member spent 10 minutes telling me it 'can be cleaned off quite easily but would take too much time' and he will only do that if I paid for a wax. WHY WOULD I PAY FOR YOU TO WAX MY CAR IF YOU CANT EVEN WASH IT CLEAN?! It does not appear to have been shampooed or hand cleaned as promised (and paid). My mum's car STILL SMELLS LIKE COFFEE AFTER CLEANING AND USING A SCENTED SPRAY! Got home & used a paper towel to soak up excess water and THE PAPER TOWELS WERE BROWN WITH COFFEE. MY MUM IS SOAKING UP HER SEAT WITH PAPER TOWELS AS I TYPE THIS REVIEW! The guys were nice but the SERVICES WERE NOT AS DESCRIBED AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK EVER!! I have photos to prove how dirty my car still is & if I can take photos of how much my mums car smells I would!!!!!!!

::No no no ...Not recommended ... no gud service ever for handwash carwash...will use sylvia or botany locations in auckland ...same brand but totaly different results no complaints from otjer locations... even once went to christchurch is was great job done there as well

::not good at all. Paid a supreme car groom service plus shampoo and wash , basically paid for everything the best they had to offer, The vacuum interior very poor around the door shuts still dirty, interior pocket dirty under the seats very dirty, no air-conditioning treatment,all the window crevices still dirty . side mirrors has cobwebs No attention for details. The body is still dirty in some area of the car.engine cleaned nicely though .they showed me the car once they finished but realised all these things once car was in full sunlight as there was no ample lights in there garage to check all these things Spent a lot of money for top service and got a basic one.
