  Heritage Building: Modest, two-storey, brick building in residential style, designed c.1931 by Allan C Ford and constructed as a doctor’s surgery and residence for Dr R Burns Watson. In good condition. Significance: Some architectural and streetscape values for its residential character and scale. Later example of a gentleman Doctor’s practice form (see also 58 & 68 Don Street).
