  Well worth exploring. The old fun wobbly narrow swingbridge has now been replaced with a good solid one. The view is amazing.

  I recommend doing the walk between Anchorage and bark bay. Some beautiful forrest, beaches, streams, rivers and stop off at Cleopatra's pools (30 minutes detour). Should allow about 5-6 hours for this route including photo breaks, lunch time etc.
