  Great jazz bar in Downtown Christchurch. Full bar with an amazing atmosphere. Also has some outdoor seating, great for a warm night.

  Live jazz music is good change. Cocktails such as the Long Island Iced Tea is very tasty and worth the $20 as you get 5 different spirits in it. Outdoor balcony seating with a view of the Avon river and the memorial bridge can be good but the smokers usually spoil it. The food menu here is mostly snacks such as pizza bread or chips.

  I didn't get to see live music but they were setting up while I was there. Wall art is cool and the atmosphere is excellent. Good place to eat and drink indoors or outside. One of the best bars in Christchurch I've been to.

  Nice seating outside in the sun.The bar is located in a first floor with good views of the river and the tramway. Not sure there is a lift for those who can't make it through the staircase... Snacks/pizzas available all day. Live music.

  Have been here a few times. Nice terrace with afternoon/evening sun. Cool bands and funky decor inside. Unfortunately their beer selection is pretty bad, and their prices are high. Also their bouncers can be douche bags on power trips - they stopped my sober friend from entering, and pretty much killed the evening. The bouncer's attitude left a bitter aftertaste. Honestly not one of my Christchurch favorites, but might go back for a mixed drink on the patio one evening, if others insisted... Not too many options these days.
