  Steve and his wife went through my personal belongings without my permission and without me even being there. They treat homelessness as a crime as they rent out rooms for transitional housing/emergency housing to WINZ clients, they are super invasive and very unprofessional. They had problems with me because of complaints of a dog, yet they have guests with dogs, they themselves have animals roaming around (a small cat). They have very specific rules eg.no smokey/spicy food otherwise you get charged extra.dont leave lights on otherwise they charge you extra for the power. They have rules for no alcohol yet all the guests drink

  Awesome room comfortable tidy and service was exceptional. Would stay again without hesitation and highly recommend to anyone.

  The room was clean. Available at an affordable cost. But if you are planning to stay there for week then the owner may knock at your door and say, "Don't use the heater for so long as it can increase power bills" . Next day he knock on your door and say, "Don't leave your toilet light stay on for too long". On third day, he can knock on your door and say, "Be careful while doing spicy cooking". If you can bear it, then enjoy your stay. Otherwise very comfortable. The hotel manager Nicole is very friendly and hardworking.
