  I've been coming here for years so I thought I'd share, why that is! The salon is set back off the road, so only other customers see me with colour on. There is off-road parking. The salon has a lovely relaxed feel, it's modern, always clean and tidy and the background music is not over powering. The stylists are always friendly and upbeat. A full consultation is done at each of my appointments, the colour and cut is checked, and I'm asked if I want anything different, then my coffee order is taken, before anything is done to my hair. I've been going long enough and know the stylists well enough, that on the very rare occasion that I've not been happy, (mostly colour issues), I'm able to voice my views and I've never left the salon with a "bad hair do"! It's all about the whole salon experience for me and I really enjoy returning each month.

  Visiting from overseas I found the Flame girls to be fantastic. Left me wishing they were located closer so they could be my regular!!

  I came in with long hair and left with my hair so short and cut badly I cried. They tried to sort the colour that went wrong and the bad cut but I still ended up with something that didn't look like what I asked for. Found them reluctant to rectify or remedy the problem completely.
