::Took two cars in to be repaired. Both took longer than specified for repair. Fleet Image wouldn't give me a car because I'm on a restricted (fair enough) and my mum couldn't get one because they said her car was only going to be a couple of days. That couple of days turned into a week. When I got my car back both windows on the left hand side (where the repairs took place) weren't working. I was told by them that it was just a coincidence that they stopped working when I got it back. Took my car to an auto electrician (at my own cost) and he fixed it in 45 minutes. These delays and issues cost a lot of time and effort. Overall I wouldn't recommend going to Fleet Image at all.
