::Great team, installed our floating floors. Very happy with product, service and install!

::Poor communication. Asked for quotes on certain products as a serious buyer. They did not come through. Went with other products on a different area however. Day on install, very little communication. Clearly overbooked themselves and could not complete the job. Seemed like a few boxes being in the way were an excuse. They easily could have been moved.
