  Spark has stopped supporting the accessories for the J2 Prime. These guys managed to sort out a replacement screen protector :)

  Excellent after sale service. After a misunderstanding about my screen replacement, they accepted to refund me very quickly.

  Very good customer service but I waited 3 weeks for a phone battery. Is not directly their fault and they refunded me straight away (was a substitution of a faulty one) but I still waited 3 weeks instead of the promised 3 days.

  I lost the little screw driver for my leaf, I thought I'd have to order one from the US and wait weeks for it, but these guys had me fixed up in less than a minute. Then they took electronics recycling off my hands for free and took a working but 5 year old phone to evaluate for purchasing! They saved me time and money :)
