  A very unsatisfactory customer service experience. Upon walking into the store to collect a laybuy - I noticed the same shoes were on sale in my size. I asked what the process was & if the sale price would be honoured - at this point I was seeking advice and guidance from the shop attendant - Michelle, but instead received a very short, nonpolite, uninformative response. The entire experience was unpleasant! As I was leaving, taking the shoes I had just paid for, I received a very condescending comment. It really took away from the joy of buying new shoes.
