  I went to the Albany one after a recommendation but very disappointing experience. I booked in for a Brazilian and a facial but my Brazilian took a full HOUR; Which is unheard of!!! I wanted a few extraction in my facial but I was so behind I asked for a 30 min facial with a few extractions- my request was completely ignored. I walked in excited and happy for a beauty day; walked out stressed and unhappy. The therapist could obviously tell I was unhappy, she made no effort to rectify the situation. What a waste of time and money!

  Always welcoming, good service however shower is dirty and mouldy. Also toilet is always looking a little sad. Just little detail in cleanliness they don't pay attention to.

  Had very bad experience. Had nails done. The nail polish never dried. Crumbled like a paste.even after a couple of house still soft and came off easily with finger touch. Waste of money and time. No one even bothered to look at my complaint. $160 voucher gone for nothing. So disappointed. Not recommended at all
