  Brought my vehicle there for a WOF job. On drop off, they said it would take a couple weeks due to workload. Two weeks later I called and they had not even started on it. In fact they didn't even remember they had the vehicle. In the end, it took them two whole *months* to get the job done. I never got any updates from them, and when I called I would always get the same excuse ("we're very busy" = "you're not a priority"). When I got impatient they got angry at *me* for having too much to do. Sure, their quote was the lowest, but at the price of not having a vehicle for two months.

  For twenty years as a Government employee I was involved in running a fleet of vehicles. When a car required damage repairs I had to get 3 quotes. I found Frances Paint and Panel consistently the lowest quote and the best workmanship. I use them for my classic cars.

  Terrible customer service. We were told the car would be ready in 2 weeks. It was delayed for an extra three weeks, without a phone call to apologise or to tell us it was going to be delayed. It would be good to know in advance if is so busy that is going to take a lot longer than predicted.
