  Some of the friendliest and most welcoming supermarket staff I've ever dealt with. They really make you feel like one of the family and are always quick to help. FreshChoice Richmond has been my family goto place for years and I'm still going. Absolutely love the place!

  produce section needs to improve-especially the fruit situation, beer and cider range is definitely the best in the area, and the team are friendly and seem happy in their work, I won't shop at a place where staff don't give a damn about the here and now so it's nice to shop somewhere you can walk out in a better mood than when you went in....well sort of...

  I'll start off stating the obvious, yes the staff are waaaaay friendlier than you'll get at the nearby Pack 'n' Save. They clearly put a big emphasis on making your shop their a pleasant one. That being said, on average it is more expensive than good old Packy so one will have to bare that in mind when shopping there. Still, its got a good range and most of the time I can find what I came in to get. All in all I can recommend going here, though just bare in mind you might end up spending just a bit more
