::Experienced an EMS training trial for the first time with Funis EMS and I was super impressed with the beautifully presented EMS training gym. It was clean, bright and had very friendly staff members. The unique EMS training style was clearly explained to me and the benefits I would receive that would compliment other training workouts and exercise I'm currently doing. After the trial I decided to book 3 full sessions to see if I really like it and start to see results. It is a quick 20 minute workout and has varied exercises all whilst supervised by an experienced trainer. I've loved it so far and so has my body!
