::Hamilton has a few stores that offer nice looking 'affordable' furniture and this company had the better Easter sales. Bought a few items with them and they gave us an extra discount and a discount on delivery. Definitely worth a look as they do have a good amount of stock on display. The items we bought aren't up there with what you'd get with Harvey Norman, but they won't wont fall apart in the next 5 years etc.

::The staffs are very awesome. The material of furniture is nice and price is reasonable. Even they don't have delivery service, I would willing to visit this place again definitely.

::Dont buy from this store. Purchased a lounge suite and then store closed. reopened under new management who are unwilling to honour warranty. So after 6 months you get a faulty product will no help from store. WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN

::I am beyond unhappy with PK furniture 😠 We have been waiting for a couch since January and every time we get in touch with the staff the story changes about what’s been happening. It started when we found a couch we liked (Hermana in Jake Grey) in the Silvia Park store while up North and we asked if the Hamilton store (where we live) had any in stock. We were told yes, they did and that we could purchase floor models by Cassie. Fast forward a week later and we visit the Hamilton store where we meet Sarah. Sarah tells us that usually the distribution centre has these in stock for order because it’s so popular, and that we could probably have the couch in 3 weeks! This was awesome. We said yes and she wrote up the tax invoice and told us we only had to pay once we received the couch (and thank god we did, because I am literally fuming at this point and glad we haven’t given them a bloody cent). So after FOUR weeks of not hearing any updates I decided to ring the Hamilton store and ask what’s happening. The guy on the other end of the phone tells me that he has no idea what I’m talking about, that Sarah lied to us and that these couches only get made to order. A bit confused now, I decided to go in on the weekend and we asked Sarah what was happening. She told us that there had been a delay but assured us that in three more weeks we would have our couch. We were a little unhappy we had to wait longer because we have had NO couch for about six weeks at this stage, so we asked if we could just take home the floor model like we were told we could by Cassie. Sarah said that no, we weren’t allowed because they needed to keep that floor model because it was so popular. So we reluctantly walked away empty handed AGAIN on the basis our couch would arrive in another three weeks. Three more weeks pass, and we hear nothing. My partner called Sarah again to ask what was happening and she forwarded us an email (that also “bitched” about us calling "every second day”) from your Head of Department or whatever that just kept saying “there is no ETA yet” over and over again. We found out later that your distribution centre wasn’t even getting the fabric to MAKE the couch until that following Friday. So now we’ve not had a couch for 2+ months and been without a couch for 7+ weeks longer than originally promised. Again, after not hearing anything a week later today I rang the Hamilton store who then told me my couch wasn’t going to be ready until May. As I said, super glad we never gave them any money because we’re taking our money elsewhere and the fact that not only did the staff break multiple promises about what we could buy and deadlines that we would have our couch by – but in total it’s taken longer than the 12 weeks maximum that it says it takes on your website. PK has officially taken the cake as the worst service I have ever had.
