::Shared a lovely wedding here.

::Great place for a leisurely stroll. Quite steep going up though. Amazing sculpture carved out of a tree. We were told it is all part of the tree stump. Good views over the habour which can be enjoyed from a park bench.
Liz Chandler
::Great views and interesting to read about the history of the place.

::An archaeological site located on the cliff-tops of Omokoroa Peninsula, here you find ground formations of Wai-Huri Maori Pa and a tranquil forest with a selection of grand old trees. Access is by foot or by car, there is seating with views to Mt Maunganui and walkways to the popular vacation area below.

::A. Very nice park, nothing fancy. Nice views out over the sea in places. Some lovely big trees to walk under on the short track. It also has an impressive statue of Gerald Crapp in the park. The track leads out of the park along the cliff top in front of the private homes to steps leading down to the private little beach on another reserve..
