  This is a great place to stay in Wellington. It's right in the centre of town and close to all the shops and restaurants. Our king apartment was spacious with a comfortable king sized bed, well equipped kitchenette, good WiFi, satellite TV and a washing machine/dryer. The bathroom was a little on the small side and there was a bit of street noise in the mornings but this is to be expected in such a central location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Comfortable bed and clean room. Hallways were under construction during my stay. So many stairs to walk up to get here.

  We originally booked a different "hotel" which turned out to be awful, so we made a last minute booking at Gilmer instead. It was such a welcome change! The staff was friendly, the room was large and bright, and it had a washer/dryer. It was only slightly more than the first place but was exponentially superior. Super close to everything including multiple parking structures.

  Descent apartment near downtown Wellington. It is still 15-20 min walk to downtown though. Sparkling clean. The housekeeping crew do a good job keeping the place shiny. My only complaint is that our room is so tiny (indicated in their booking website). There is very little space in the room. Other than that, this is a good accomodation place.
