::Worst experience ever was misleading and disrespectful. New sales staff worst to deal with they force u to commit when your there to veiw and enquire about a new car. Forcefull and not consistent. Sales manger up him self and has no sales method instead we went to Manukau nissan 100 percent better . Would never recommend.

::Don’t go to the branch in 356 Church Street, Penrose. Worst customer service I have ever come across. The reception woman called Jolene is very rude. Left my car there for three days while I was away in Taupo to have my indicator light fixed which I had the same thing done 15 months ago. On the last day they rang me while I was on the way to pick up my car saying my back door lock needs to be replaced and will cost me $480 and they need to keep the car for one more day. They had my car for three days! I was pissed and chose not to have it done through them and I was so happy I didn’t as I found out later that my back door lock was absolutely fine. Also the bill for replacing my light was $540! While I had exactly the same thing done 15 months ago through them and it cost me $365! I even asked them when I left my car there to inform me if the price would be any different but had nobody rang me at all. Yet they charged me $185 more than last time! Very ignorant and dishonest people! I’m going to take them to the dispute tribunal. Never go to this place, people there just not trustworthy.

::Poor service. Waited fir quite a long time and finally when the sales person arrived, she could not answer some of the basic questions because she said that she did not know. Was keen to buy a car...it was rather urgent...and they had a car we wanted but will not be going back.
