  Karen the receptionist is fantastic. Have always been able to get ourselves or the kids in on the day we call. Dr Shan is straight to the point and we appreciate this. They have all done great keeping up with the high demand with Dr Turley away.

  The receptionist is disgustingly rude and has zero interest in actually helping you. How she still has a job is beyond me.

  Doctor has a thick Indian accent and is difficult to understand. Doesn't seem to be interested in helping people and only interested in misdiagnosing you and writing a prescription as quickly as possible then pushing you out the door so the next customer can come on. Expect to wait 15 minutes after you arrive on time for your appointment. Other staff seemed courteous and professional, but I won't be returning there.
