  I would have given more stars, if I could . Lovely staff they have here in this store, they go extra mile for every customer. Keep up the good work guys. My family family house is a lot healthier now , i am glad I bit the bullet. God Bless, My daughter sleeps a lot better now, and her asthma is a lot controlled.

  Went in there just to have a quick browse, looking at upgrading from my Shark. Couldn't have asked for better service from the team. A great bunch of people, super friendly and well informed. The cute ginger guy sold me an Allergy and am just so impressed with how nice my carpet feels after every use. 10/10 would shop with again, keep it up guys.

  I had to buy a vacuum. I was fed up with my Dyson and Miele too expensive over last 5 years. Didn't want to spend more than a $100 this time. Lovely sales lady showed me sauber. I have been using it for 2 years now. No complains. Picks up dog hair like crazy. And my carpet is so much softer now. Vacuum was a bit pricey. But worth it. Now I am off to buying a steam mop tomorrow.

  NEVER buy a vacuum from here, they are over priced rubbish! the people who work here are worse than used car salesmen

  If I could give less than one star, I would. Took a vacuum hose in for a simple replacement of the hose. They lost my handle of the end. Tried to fob me off with second hand and incorrect parts. Took over a year to of wrangling before they basically told me to source my own replacement and they would reimburse me. Still haven't been reimbursed. Wouldn't shop here again if it was the last vacuum shop on earth. Stay away!
