  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. There was an issue with the most recent vacuum we bought from the Lower Hutt store and they resolved the problem quickly and to our satisfaction.

  Experts in the "hard sell'. Vacuum cleaners of every type on display. They have many special sales days, but my view is that most of the sharpest pricing is for low end product.
