  Natalie Griffiths is by far the best Osteopath I have ever been treated by such that I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is having functionality issues. It has been a blessing to met her. Having herniated my disc aged 21 I have been to see many Osteos and Chiropractors in the last 30 years. When I met Natalie I had seriously put my back out of whack again and was cracking my neck a few times a day for release, something I had been doing for years, and something which drove my partner up the wall. Natalie had me standing straight within 4 days, and over a very short period of time using cranial sacral technique has stopped me needing to crack my neck. I love that woman! She is gold to anyone who has these types of issues! You will never look back.

  Due to an undiagnosed injury from a serious car accident early in life, my spine developed/grew incorrectly and I have suffered really badly all my life with severe pain and disfunction. Over the years I have seen countless chiropractors, osteopaths, and all sorts of other types of medical practitioners, with varying degrees of success and disappointment. I'm quietly confident to think, because of my long history with both practitioners & chronic issues alike, that I may hold a somewhat educated opinion upon the quality of service in kind, and after receiving treatments from Grace Osteopathy, I can say without doubt that Natalie is one of the best! I felt her energy was lovely and pleasant, & the fee's to be fair & reasonable. Thus far, the whole experience for me has been fantastic with lasting results. I definitely recommend Natalie and Grace Osteopathy for anyone in need of this type of service.

  I saw Natalie over a period of 2 years after a car-crash injury in 2013. I found Natalie's manner to be calm, gentle, caring, supportive, and very professional. I felt very looked after every time I saw her, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The work she did with me during our sessions helped a great deal to alleviate the pain I was experiencing from my injury, plus she gave me a number of holistic self-soothing and self-care tips that I am still using 1-2 years later, and intend to use for a long time yet, including around other issues such as strengthening my immune system. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Natalie to anyone who is looking for holistic osteopathy work with a genuine and very credible practitioner and am so relieved to have met her! Thanks Natalie, hope to see you again, even if it means another injury!! :)
