  I had a fantastic time staying here! Being new to Auckland and this being my last night in New Zealand The location and all around treatment here was great! Julia at the concierge was beyond helpful on my last day. My flight being so late and my checkout early she checked my bags until I was ready to leave for my flight and explore the city without the burden of my bags. She also gave me really great food and location suggestions including mount Victoria which was stunning! Thanks a ton Julia!

  Very nice hotel. The staff were excellent and the service exceptional. My only negative comment would be that the dinner menu was somewhat limited.

  This hotel was really great. I had asked for some special requests and they dealt with them amazingly. So friendly and helpful they made our stay very special. The room was great, bathroom especially, great shower gels and shower facility. View was awesome. I have no complaints so I have to give 5 star. I hope they read this review!

  Very nice hotel right in the heart of Auckland's CBD. Excellent staff and very accommodating.There was a city crew using a jack hammer outside at night. Even 11 floors up, the noise was bothersome. After a call to the front desk, they were able to check with the work crew and get things quieted down. Room was great with many amenities. Quality linens and towels. All in all, a wonderful experience.

  Great cafe for morning coffee pity not open later. Bed was lovely and comfy. Great view from the bar. Nice and convenient location. Tv was hard to navigate. Limited in house menu. Mini bar was tiny not much tempting selection. Shower head though looked funky had a bad spray. Comfy and enough but not at the price.
