  There is better than the city library. You can enjoy free wifi and spacious room for reading as you want regardless of noise.

  Since the library has had its upgrade, resources are far more in-depth and available. The room to peruse shelves while still allowing others to pass by is great. However, the staff seem uninviting and not very knowledgeable regarding the technology available in the facility.
