  Friendly and sometimes singing staff. Great food. Ample off street parking and a lovely outdoor dining space that's protected from the elements.

  I come here occasionally and they always have a good offer of food in great quality. Today they jad no ice in a warm Sunday morning for iced coffee. Because they have plastic cups for free water and no glasses they get one star less from me.

  A must visit venue for breakfast. Always busy serving monster amounts of well cooked food. Coffee consistently tasty with quick service given the amount of folks that mob the place. Don't be put off by the q at the counter, its quick moving, and worth the minimal wait for your order.

  Shame about plastic cups for water instead of glass. Very little vegetarian/vegan selection in cabinet and mousetrap I did have was poorly filled. No oat milk either. Otherwise great location, amenity and car parking

  Arrived with 5 adults and 2 children, while the food was great the young guys and girls need to learn customer skills, Very poor communication when I asked about milkshakes with a rather blunt answer, and clearing the table without a smile or how was the drinks and food. At least the Lady who came out and interacted with the children restored faith, Maybe the younger staff members could learn alot of her
