  Extremely poor customer service. Query regarding invoice for 30,000km service check met with a lack of response to several phone calls and two emails to senior staff. Beware of charges for 'each job' on invoice, especially environmental and recycling $3.50, and workshop materials $5.00. No clear explanation could be offered for these charges. Hourly rate dearer than other reputable firms in Invercargill. I saved $40 for wheel alignment and tyre rotation, and $10 for warrant of fitness by shopping around . Wont use this branch again.
