  Used to be amazing place with great shisha however shishas are now dirty and water is very dark in it Please clean the shishas

  We bought 3 teas and was only allowed to refill one. We were refused hot water.

  Bad costumer experience, staff was really unfriendly and not helpful at all, the hookahs we had were partly broken and fixed with some kind of duct tape. Another negative thing is that the hoses are made of plastic which really reduces the smoking experience, because all the flavours are lost. The coals go out really fast and there is too little tobacco in the heads so the smoking experience is good for 5 minutes and then rapidly declines. The only positive thing for me is that they have Al Fakher tobacco, at least that is what they told me. All in all the smoking experience is really bad and I do not recommend going there if you want a great experience!

  DO NOT VISIT The place was PATHETIC the service is disgusting I was offered a BROKEN PIPE and it seemed it was just rinsed as there was water residue inside. They refused to change it. Seems they keep the good pipes only for regulars. There is wifi but they won't give u the password which is weird. Had to request to change the coal couple of times then he did me a favour and changed the same. It was VERY obvious that they treated guests of a certain race inferiorly to others which is Disgusting to witness. They say they charge 5dollars for extra chairs took money from 2 asian looking groups but did not take extra from others when they were clearly 4 boys having ONE sheesha. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and very disappointing.

  The taste of the waterpipe tobaco was terrible(you can't taste any flavor) and also the service. We got a broken head of the Shisha... The price was also really expensive.
