::Friendly staff. There is a younger lady who seems to do a lot of the customer interactions. She is great. Efficient and friendly. It's good supporting local businesses like this.

::Misleading branding. Their packaging and stores are covered with words like 'Fresh' and 'honest', which is a far cry from what is presented to you. I ordered a BLT bagel which got handed to me with bacon in it that I wouldn't have served when it was fresh, let alone the condition it was in when it made it into my lunch. I came in wanting a tasty and fresh bagel and left knowing id never find that at this establishment, or any of the other franchisees for that matter.
