  I have had two experiences this hallensteins. Once it had ridiculously loud music with lots of staff walking around talking to people but only one on the till resulting in a long line and silly wait time. The other time I need an emergency shirt after forgetting to bring one. Person who helped was fantastic; friendly and helpful.

  The shop itself looked well organised but there was very limited range. It seemed as if their target market was was young males with tattoos and the crotch of their pants around their knees! I was very surprised by the staff. Basically I was completely ignored both times I was in the store. The only female on duty and one of the male staff members obviously had relationship issues to deal with. Another called out loudly "Hey boss" and when I looked around thinking he may have been talking to me, he was several metres away facing the opposite way. The shop was not busy at all. After spending a combined 15 - 20 minutes in store without any assistance, I left and walked up the street and spent my money in another menswear shop. Extremely poor service - would have been difficult to have been any worse.

  Toni was super helpful and didnt rest until we had the perfect suit, shirt & tie combo - what a legend. And it was pretty much end of the day as well so top marks!!

  Neff was my knight in shining armor! I was called on for an emergency at work. He sorted me out with great advice and is really the incarnation of going "above and beyond". He even included a very quick tailoring as if it weren't enough. You can find him in the formal Wear department and trust him with your first born child!
