  Went into store 2 different days and not once did a staff member ask me if I needed any help,was suit shopping, there loss....staff to busy among them self's.

  I usually hate clothes shopping. The staff are usually so over-friendly that they can be annoying. My experience at Hallensteins Botany was fantastic. I visited the store to buy a suit on 01/03/18 and was served by Daniel T. He found just the right balance of helping me out, and leaving me the space to try different ones on and make up my mind. When I went back to the store the next day to change the sizing on the trousers, I was served by Andrew C and he could not have been more helpful. He swapped one pair of trousers, and when he found that a second pair wasn't in stock, he arranged for them to be couriered to my house at no extra charge. All in all, fantastic service from the second I stepped inside the store to the second I left.

  Went into Botany Hallensteins for first time 3 staff behind counter leaning over it having a laugh. Myself and 6 other customers in the store for at least 10 or more minutes. No one serving no one. Staff just remained behind the counter. Really need new enthusiastic staff who actually want to work. Bad for business.
