  Sadly, this is a very "tired" hotel. It gave the impression of being dirty, dark and dank, even though it wasn't. The queen bed mattress had a spring that was sticking up through the sheets. Fortunately, there were two other single beds in the room so I could use one of them. The customer service was interesting. Was told a room number we were assigned, given the key to another room and unlocked a room which already had a customer!! Not sure who was more shocked!!! When I told reception about the broken mattress, the reception person appeared really uninterested and not a genuine apology was offered. I would not stay there again.

  Rooms are neat, tidy and have most basic items you need. Slightly out dated, but nothing to cancel the plans for.

  Comfortable rooms, great staff, very secure. Conference rooms spacious, bar and restaurant great with great friendly staff. I enjoy my stay here. Beds are a bit firm for me but comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Close to the road but quiet.

  Clean, stuck in the 90s motel style. Very basic amenities & food. Some rooms look tired.
