  I've had two really good experiences with this clinic and rated them 5 stars previously. My latest visit bring it to 1 star, or zero, if there's such option. Waited for 10min at the waiting room - sometimes there can be a wait if previous patient was late, which is not ideal but understandable. Therapist came out and apologize for being late, because she was booking tickets online for her favorite band's concert in Wellington. I wasn't happy, but okay she must be really excited having her favorite band coming to NZ from Canada. However, I couldn't be more understanding after this. She didn't know how I hurt my wrist, not even know it was the wrist, while she had my file open on her laptop in front of her. She was looking for my X-ray results, even after I told her I did an ultrasound scan. She told me to try the exercises previous therapist already listed in my file of done. She didn't do the SOP massage for me just wanted me out asap. She obviously didn't prep before she sees me. It was a waste of my time and acc (tax) money (I paid). My previous experience with this place may have raised my expectation. This therapist, Bergen, does not sustain their standard. I didn't rebook next appointment. Do not recommend her.
