  Disapointed with the service at this store. Had a pair of shoes fall apart after only a months use. The manager was argumentative and refused to swap or refund the shoes. Called the head office who said I could expect a call from the regional manager. Didn't hear from them. You cany't go around call yourself New Zealand's leading footwear retailers with customer service like this! The amount of money I spend with you guys vs how much it would cost to refund the faulty pair doesn't seem worth it for you guys. But you have just lost a loyal customer! Very disappointing!
