::Disappointed and will not shop at Hannahs again. I bought 4 pairs of shoes from them at 2 price points where they had a 2nd pair for 1/2 price deal on. Hannahs has a policy (according the staff) of calculating the half price pair to be as expensive as it can be for the customer. As an example if 4 pairs consisted of 2x$100 and 2x$400, Hannahs would only give 2x$50 off as a discount (pairing a cheap and expensive pair together for the deal) versus the 1x$50 and 1x$200 discount I expected. I noticed the discrepancy when I got home, gave them a call and they admitted they always calculate it that way and only rectify it if the customer mentions it. Additionally, 1 of the 4 pairs has a squeaky sole - it squeaks every time I take a step on that shoe. Poor quality, poor service - and what I consider to be a dishonest policy. My family of 5 will not be shopping there again.
