::Wow! Stay well away!! Went to Hart's to get some insurance work carried out on our two cars and after them taking photos and 4 weeks of waiting I called and was told I would receive a 'text message' in the afternoon. After realising the work was going to take two weeks and both of us being on call health professionals I asked for a loan car to which my shock I was told would be $15 A DAY!!! I told them that other places in town offered cars free of charge and the owner called me very agitated and proceeded to tell me that he didn't need my business, that other places in town did bad work compared to him and how dare I assume how he runs his business. He tried to threaten me for wasting his time with charges.... In the end I took both my cars to Dittmer Collision Repairs and got amazing service! The most ironic thing is the morning after the owner had his meltdown he sent me a text message saying he was prepared to now offer me a car for free if I would continue to use them!! DON'T TOUCH THESE GUYS WITH A BARGE POLE.... 1 STAR!!!

::Car seat broke yesterday whilst travelling to Palmerston north from Wellington. Have to travel back this evening. Took out of car and took to these guys this morning they ground it back and welded it took only an hour and a half. Best of all no charge. great service great guys Thanks stu
