  Mixed feelings. Staff are really helpful and nice. My laptop was broken from the start and needed it for work. I was told I could bring it back whenever suited. Long story short, missed out on default warranty and was given just over half the value of laptop back. Lost around $1000 from not getting that information. Was really angry and gutted.

  We were very impressed with our shopping experience at Harvey Norman Nelson. Helpful and very friendly staff who went out of their way to be pleasant in this very neat and well stocked outlet. This came in sharp contrast to a recent visit to Smith's City who would be arguably the worst retail outlet in the district. Richard and Robyn

  Excellent customer service in electronics. Very thoughtful and knowledgeable staff. Liam the manager of computer department is A1 guy. Always gracious and generous with his attention and assistance.
