  U have to b incredibly fast if there's a sale I got there in wot I thought was ample time but otha,s had same ideai still got the dryer I wanted

  The best thing hands down about Invercargill. One of the largest Harvey Norman stores in the country with an excellent range and a lot of stock for your perusing. Has a great range of all different home item goods from electronics to indoor/outdoor furniture. Can get quite busy during sales but they usually increase staff levels so that it's still a pleasant experience. Discounts can be quite competitive with them price matching most stores and provide an excellent after sales service should you have any problems.

  Electronic department floor staff are just after a quick sale and don’t really care about selling you the device or electronics that suit your needs for example we wanted to buy home theatre system that would support Apple TV, turns out we had to buy other cables and use lower settings that work with the home theatre to make a connection which is not optimum because the home theatre did not have inputs (only outputs) now the sound has a delay due to the ONLY configuration we are able to have setup. Also bought laptop which struggles to support what we specifcly bought it for. We will shop elsware next time.

  I purchased a mobile phone from here but not at all impressed with the service from the salesman. Service and friendliness was minimal. Only friendly person was the man that rung up on the till. Not in a hurry to go back in.
