  I bought a Dyson Vaccum cleaner with ready payment. They told it will reach in between 1 to 3 working days. I called on the 4th day and asked when it will reach. They told they dont know and told me cant you use your old vaccum cleaner for the time. Is that you call as a customer service. If it was too late I could have bought directly from Dyson. What a bad experience. Cant you employ someone who can speak atleast basic english to pick up the call

  It's Harvey Norman so you know what to expect... High prices and pushy salespeople. But you never know, sometimes you can pick up a bargain. Always check inside furniture though as they often leave previous sales flyers in drawers and cupboards and often they have better prices than the current 'specials'which means you can drive for a better bargain!

  Definitely do not bring your elderly father here, as you won't get around half the things that you want to do at this store. Instead, make sure you have the idea of what you want to get first and then see if it's suitable. Definitely not ask 50 questions about TV brands by an indecisive old man. However, the range is excellent for decisive people.

  Great place to shop for furniture, kitchen appliances, electronics and computer equipment. Staff in the furniture department is quite friendly and cheerful bunch. I didn't had a great experience in the computer department.
