  I have just bought a new washing machine at Easter sale. I had this friendly and professional whitewater specialist, Faris. He was great, he wasn't too pushy or aggressive - just right distance. He was very kind and showed me how to use and he also gave me his honest advice too, which was helpful. The payment was smooth and he typed a detailed comment for my delivery direction, which I find it helpful too. Highly recommend this man, u will receive professional, kind, helpful and comfortable services! Thank you, Faris! 😄

  Arogant staff who are disinterested in listening to potential customers and their needs. The staff are much more interested in trying to force unwanted products on to people who are clearly not interested

  1.5 Customer Service Fail stars Active listening goes a long way! If I've just told you I'm looking for a screen protector and case for my new phone, don't waste my time or your breath trying to sell me your specials on mobile phones. If you've reconfirmed the purpose of my visit - show me all the options you have available, don't wait for me to make the request again. If you can't put the screen protector and case on, let me know the first time I asked and before you finalize my purchase. If I'm asking to reconfirm I've got the right product as displayed on your floor, don't look confused and make me reconsider my purchase. If I'm asking about another product I'm looking to purchase, don't just tell me you "don't know". You're in front of a computer about to ring me up, you can offer to check your system. This will save you time running after me in the car park as I'm getting into my car to tell me you've checked the system and you have several available. Because no, heck no I don't want to come back in and run another transaction. Just saying.

  If you are looking for electrical appliances , electronics and other stuff for your home this is the place to go. Prices are almost always the best and they stock a huge range . Parking is never a problem since they are not located in malls they have lots of free parking. Most branches also have Fuji image plazas and print cost of your photos is very good
