  Good standard department store. Nice cosy feeling inside. Salespeople are very attentive but stop short of being pushy.

  They can be pushy with the sales when we Just wonted a lap top! and told them, they then tryed to sell us a bag for it.when i tryed to print my photos here i couldn't get anyone to help so gave up.dont like shopping here.

  The 5 stars are for the helpful knowledgeable man, Assist: 31 James C. He approached us in a friendly manner, knew his stuff making for additional sales without feeling pushed. Two sales assistants ignored me in the furniture dept (why we've gone elsewhere for our lounge suite) & my partner struggled to get anyone's attention in the electrical dept only to be made to feel stupid by the assistant when asking where something was. James turned it all around for us making it fun & enjoyable. We will be back thanks to him. THANK YOU JAMES.C!!!
