  Purchased two big ticket items here $3k. Slick sales staff over promise and under deliver. Aftersales service shocking and unhelpful. Useful tip: Contact HO through their FB page for faster resolution, but don't expect any apologies. Completely underwhelming and frustrating experience.

  Went in Sunday to look at cellphones and needed some info. Alicia was who assisted me , friendly, knowledgable and helpful even talking me through other call plans. Said I couldn't make up my mind, she said no problem come back anytime and others would help. So 2 days later Crystal.. She was great and efficient and completed sale with the add ons. Those two ladies were awesome..thanks!!!

  I had a fantastic experience with Michael from tech department, regarding a faulty phone. Had issues with Apple ( the phones manufacturer ) and the phone provider. Michael supported me and helped me achieve the results in service and outcome, that I was happy with. Michael maintained open communication throughout the entire process and seems to be the only person manageable to receive results. Thank you so much Michael!!

  I had two delightful experiences at Harvey Norman - Tory Street, firstly with a tall woman with black hair who helped me with my Photo stick and selecting photos, she was extremely patient, I think her name was Alisha. I also had a good shopping experience with Grant Smith, I was looking at a Smart TV and he had all the facts at his finger tips. Thank you to them both
