::I don't usually write reviews but in this particular instance I felt it was more than necessary and people need to be made aware. I went in on Tuesday the 26th of May and was seen to by a lady called Mel. Nice lady but did not listen to anything that I wanted. She advised that what i wanted was not achievable. I asked for a treatment as my hair was starting to feel quite dry due to bleaching. I walked out of the salon with 100x more dryer hair than when i walked in and the colour was exactly the same if not more orange than when i walked in. Appalled and so disappointed with my hair, I decided to go to someone else a week later as I was so upset with my hair. The new. person literally saved my hair from what Heaney on jackson Street had done and I left his salon with EXACTLY what i wanted (Something Mel said was unachievable) .The new place I went to was shocked to see the state of my hair and how damaged it was. So today, the 3rd of June, i called Heaney and asked to speak to the Manager. A guy called MURRAY answered and said that he was the manager. I explained the situation and how upset and disappointed I was to which he responded with the most rude tone of voice - Sorry you felt that way, You should have come back to have it fixed if it was so bad. I said to him - I'm sorry, why would i want to come back to a place that literally damaged my hair to the point that i had to go and spend another $400 to get it fixed. MURRAY responded and said - Again, sorry you felt that way. And hung up the phone!! I AM SHOCKED THAT BUSINESSES TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. He did not even ask me who did my hair or apologise for the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. He apologised for the way I felt about it. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Please go anywhere but here and save yourself from spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars to have it fixed. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. MURRAY - you should not be in management if that is how you deal with these situations.

::Found this place on a Grabone deal. Mel was great. Friendly and did a good job. Missed a small spot at the front hair line unfortunately, was a really little spot so not worth doing it all again. And unfortunately colour has washed a lot more Orange than I would’ve like but I think that’s my own hair products and hair quality that’s caused that. I’ve got another appointment on a couple weeks so will get it taken care of then I’m sure. Prices are reasonable and service is good.
