  I have now bought a few items & love them & the shop. Service was friendly & ladies knowledgeable. Gorgeous furniture. If ur looking for lovely lamps, mirrors & stunning couches I totally recommended these guys. Thanks Melisa I love my antique birdcage on the stand & ur right adding the candle totally made it.

  Gorgeous shop, loads of beautiful pieces that add elegance and panache to any room. I totally love my purchases, as did my client. Thank you Jason for your excellent follow up and delivery of detail and product, was great to have the choice and ability to personalize fabric and combinations to suit a defined style, despite the fact that I ended up going with a piece from the shop floor. Will definitely purchase again and recommend to those who want gorgeous pieces that aren't your regular run of the mill! Keep up the great work!

  BEWARE: Melisa Davies was a Director and 100 % shareholder of Heirloom Interiors, until recently transferring her interests over to her long term business associate Jason Williams. Melisa Davies is also the Director and owner of Finishing Touches in Matakana where I paid a 50% deposit of $4,250 for a lounge suite. She then closed her store and refused to refund my money. She has then used everyone's deposits to help fund the new venture at Heirloom Interiors. It's exactly the same furniture. I have tried to have this nicely resolved but she simply became abusive and threatening. She refuses to give my deposit back. I would advise everyone to check out " NoCowboys" website "Finishing Touches" as it has numerous stories of poor people being ripped off by Melisa Davies and warnings never to do business with her.

  Don't buy furniture here! It is known that the owner took a number of customers' deposits at her previous store and then closed up shop, never paying them back. The worst part is she won't take responsibility - had a terrible experience dealing with her!
