::Pizza delivered 30 mins earlier than ordered when I was not home. Then I asked to have it delivered when I would be home and was 49 mins late and stone cold. Very blunt phone service too.

::Good pizza at an expensive cost (perhaps too expensive). They haven't messed up my orders yet. There is never parking outside this place.

::Really this Hell's Pizza branch has let me down a few times. Always whenever I do an online order and pick it up they just start to make my pizza. Whats the point of me ordering in advance if you're just going to make it once I'm there to pick it up!

::The delivery is now over 20 minutes late. Just called to find out what was going on and got a lame response. I tried to explain to the person on the phone that this is the THIRD time they've stuffed up, but the guy didn't really care. Last time we ever use this store. Would not recommend at all.
