::Very poor service, an hour 15 from order to delivery, next to nothing in the side dishes as they were "out of stock" & 30 mins after stated delivery time. No communication, I had to ring multiple times as no one answered. Food was average & Luke warm on delivery, was told "manager will contact you" still waiting. Lift your game Timaru Hell Pizza.

::I was looking forward to Hell's Pizza wedges tonight with pizza for my dinner..I went into the Timaru branch and I was told there was no wedges.. I then asked for the Gluten free garlic bread and was told there was none of that either.. so had to have normal garlic bread and no wedges which was why I went there.. some mess up with the order I was told.. and pizza.. shop was also very cold with door open.. so i sat in my car where there was a heater. Still wanting wedges..disappointed.
