  The team especially Kim have been amazing - above and beyond - from helping rescue our son in Greece to an amazing Europe experience to our next North American Adventure to connect with our children. We have got our holidays booked tentatively with helloworld until 2026!! Obviously recommend aaaaaa++++

  I have used Chrystal a number of times for our family travels and have always received very prompt and professional services. We have just returned from our first family P&O cruise to the islands and Chrystal gave us great advice and tips and tricks to make our holiday smooth sailing.   Couple weeks back went online to look at prices. Found a good flight so popes in to hello world Palmerston north in the early morning. Got a quote so went home to talk to my wife. Came back few hours later in afternoon to pay Fir ticket. Just before I paid I asked again if it include every thing taxes etc. The answer was yes. An hour later after I got a quote and paid, I get a call oh sorry you need to pay extra $700 for file tax we forgot to charge it. So when going there just double check they do including all cost in to your ticket otherwise they will try get it from later on and the good price become not so good.
