  Although I've never been resident at the hotel, I've attended several conferences at the Heritage. As a conference venue, the Heritage is extremely well suited. Each hall has excellent noise isolation, obviating any interference between venues. Catering is excellent and the staff is courteous. The lack of Airedale parking in the area is an Auckland-wide issue and this is the only real issue. It's definitely better to get there by ferry, taxi or bus.

  Great rooms and service. The hotel is close enough to downtown and ferries to make it easy to get around.

  Pretty good rooms a tad tired but very clean and well serviced. Restaurant good and does vegan.

  Attended a conference here. Staff was attentive and friendly during the meal times. Food quality was definitely up there. Plenty of pens and papers available. Good experience.

  We were dissatisfied with our room at first, but the staff was very accommodating and resolved our issues. Gym and pool area are ok. Location is convenient. The breakfast though is off the hinges!!! We spend a lot of time traveling and in hotels and this is the best hotel breakfast we have had, by far. Amazing selection of great tasting breakfast food and a very friendly staff.
