::Lovely place to walk the dogs, including access to one end of the beach where dogs are allowed off-lead. There's also Frisbee golf. Toilets are a bit grotty, but there are better ones near the children's play ground if you follow the path towards Petone. Beach is crushed shells. Also used by sail-boarders occasionally.

::Great area for dogs to run around off lead. Large green field, plenty of trees for shade. BYO drnking water and doggy bags, lots of rubbish bins.

::Great spot. Sitting here looking at the ocean. Easy access to the beach. Lots of park area to walk, walk dogs and play with children.
