  Great gym with pool facilities. Not busy and you don't spend a lot of time waiting for machines. Also there is no people judging others or staring at themselves in the mirror. Very friendly place to go and workout with excellent staff

  Friendly staff, great early morning crowd and classes. 20m heated swimming pool, plenty of weights and machines downstairs with cardio upstairs plus separate spin cycle, stretch, and studio spaces. It's not as flash as some gyms I've been to. But it's clean, and the gear in good condition.

  good swimming pool but not well equipped gym
